Some 25 years ago you selected my pension plan. Due to many various things I did not contribute a great sum. However, when I contaced you to ask if you would now help unravelling pension speak, you reacted promptly and efficiently. Not only that, but the choice you made has given me a pension of a size I did not think I would get.
